Dr. Carrington's 90 Minute Individual Assessment and Planning Session

Price:  $300 U.S. (paid in advance by credit card, PayPal, or check)

To apply for appointment:

Fill out and submit the Program Intake Form and Dr. Carrington will arrange for an appointment with you if she believes an assessment session will be of use to you. You will be informed about her opinion on this.

NOTE: If you elect later on to participate in Dr. Carrington's 6 Week Individual Treatment Program, you can subtract the $300 you paid for this session from the total cost of that program if you want the assessment session to be counted as the first of your 6 weekly sessions. Or if you wish, you can purchase all 6 weekly sessions in addition to the assessment program, in which case the original price for the 6 week program remains as is (see Dr. Carrington's 6 Week Program.
